Rupert Murdoch just said the same thing the NY Post said, i.e. “I’m sorry if you felt offended but you’re wrong cause that wasn’t the intent.”
He just said it in a nicer way. Besides which, Caleb’s point is more valuable than some silly apology to a man that is no spokesperson for anything other than his media ego (Al Sharpton).
Why is it the man has zero consistency in his position as race warrior? He picks and chooses which race”issues” to get up in arms about…which nullifies his legitimacy in this regard. He doesn’t automatically get bona fides just cause he’s black, or a pol or a “black rights activist.” If he were fighting for all then fine, but since he only fights for those that:
1. Give him the most high profile exposure and…
2. Follow his political persuasion…
He is nothing more than empty gong, making noise but no real progress in race relations in this country.
